Hutchinson Housing Statistics
Single Family Homes in Hutchinson, MN (MLS Listed Only)
We finished the 4th quarter of 2008 over 13% higher than 2007.
January 2009 was better than the previous two years.
February, March & April were very slow.
May looked great.
June held steady with 2008.
July sales were very strong with 32 closed sales.
August was better than 2008 with 24 closed sales.
September closed sales were only 8 homes which is very low compared to 2008.
October had 24 closed sales. This is 3 more than 2008 and twice as many as 2007!
As of 11/18/09 we have 7 closed sales with an outstanding 22 pending.
